These Terms govern your use of diviner.agency, operated by Diviner LLC, a Portland, Oregon marketing consultancy. Paid-service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, not these Terms.

The Site and its commentary are provided as is and as available, without warranties. Information is general rather than professional advice tailored to your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diviner LLC's aggregate liability relating to Site use is limited to US$100.
Third parties, governing law, and changes
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or embedded services. Oregon law governs these Terms; disputes belong exclusively in state or federal courts in Multnomah County. We may update these Terms and will change the Last updated date; continued use accepts the revised Terms.
